Quo vadis kloako? Operacja 'Bezradność 25' jako test państwowości
Usually, in the last weekend of June, the majestic scent of manure mixed with the aroma of grilled food would waft over Limanowa. Unfortunately, Limanowa has become the center of the universe for a few days. Today (Monday), thanks to a 57-year-old drunkard who shot 2 people and wounded one, we have another day of drama in an operation codenamed “helplessness.”

This is probably the largest police operation in recent years - 500 officers, Black Hawks, Bayraktar drones, tracking dogs, counter-terrorists from all over Poland. And seriously - Interia’s editorial team can’t handle what they’re publishing. Every other lead contains an error. ChatGPT, as it turns out, won’t replace the brain. At least not yet. Because even that needs to be operated properly.

Test of statehood in the mountains
By the way, the operation codenamed “helplessness 25” is certainly being observed with interest in Yasenevo. Because if all these Black Hawks, tracking dogs, thermal imaging drones, anti-terrorist units… can’t catch one guy - a 57-year-old alcoholic - what about trained GRU saboteurs?
Today we live in a village over which combat drones fly and can’t catch a drunk murderer. The Republic uses everything it has best: ministers’ hands in pyramids, buttery eyes of specialists, serious tone of journalists, the latest and most expensive equipment. Polish mindset in its purest form. Of course, add to this the conspiracy theory of stolen elections - if you believe in it, this is the collapse of the process of faith in democratic institutions. Need more?

When reality outpaces satire
Now we’re bringing Bayraktar into the search for the murderer - the same machine that was supposed to destroy Russian armored columns. It’s getting funnier and more absurd.
And beyond the eastern border, we have war. Russia is waging hybrid warfare against Poland, using saboteurs, arson, attacks. If the Polish state can’t handle a 57-year-old alcoholic in the forests near Limanowa, how will it handle trained intelligence agents?
This question should worry not only the residents of Stara Wieś, but every citizen of this country. Because this grotesque manhunt is a test of our statehood. And so far, the result of this test is… disturbing.
Scary to think what’s next. An army of Thermomixes?
Tadeusz Duda remains elusive. Whether it’s the terrain’s fault or the system’s - let everyone judge for themselves.
